How are you?,I hope you all are very well. Fish is a delicacy that we all like to eat. And there are plenty of ways to make fish. No one likes to eat the same taste every day. No one likes to eat the same taste every day. This is a fish curry that everyone, big and small, loves. I did not use coconut milk for the fish I made today. So let's see how to make this delicious fish curry.
Ingredients;
- 250 g of any kind of fish you like
- One cup of water
- Two tablespoon of oil
- Rampe
- Curry leaves
- Three spikes of cardamom
- Six cloves
- Two piece of garcinia
- A few cinnamon sticks
- One teaspoon of salt
- Two garlic cloves
- Two reaspoons of chilli powder
- one tablespoon of pepper powder
- Ginger
The method of making;
**Add garlic, ginger, curry leaves and a few drops of water to the blender and blend.Set the mixture aside. **
**Put the garciniak to the blender and make a paste.
Now take a bowl and add pepper powder and chilli powder to it.
Add cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Add salt, cardamom and the prepared garcinia paste.
Add a cup of water and dissolve the mixture well.
Put a pan on the stove and add oil to it and when the oil heats up add the ginger, garlic and curry mixture.
Now add the prepared spicy mixture to it.
Add a cup of water and add the chopped fish.
This is a fish mixture made without coconut milk that tastes good in the mouth.This fish curry is the most delicious that can be made without coconut milk.
