How are you,Good morning everyone and I hope everyone is very happy and safe.I brought you a mung bean sprouts recipe to show you.It tastes good and is highly nutritious. That is, let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250 g of washed and cleaned mung bean sprouts
- 25 g of small dried shrimp
- Chopped b onions
- Chopped garlic
- Pandan leaves
- Curry leaves
- Three tablespoons of oil
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of curry powder
The method of making;
Add the turmeric and tcurry powder powders to the washed mung bean sprouts.
Mix everything is well.
Now put the pan on the stove and when the oil heats up add the chopped big onions.
Slightly fry the onions.
Then add the pandan leaves, curry leaves, garlic and small dried shrimp.
Stir in all that and let it fry for two to three minutes.
Now add mung bean sprouts;
Put on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Finally add salt and 1/4 cup of water and cook on medium heat for six to seven minutes.
The flavor as well as the highly nutritious mung bean sprouts dish I think goes perfectly with lunch. The addition of small dried shrimps added to the flavor.I hope this will be a delicious meal for my dear friends too.
