How are you,Wishing you all a good afternoon as usual my dear friends. And I hope all of you are very well and happy.So, as always, today I have come up with a new recipe to share with you from the art that I love.Generally, we think that we need a slightly bigger fish to make a devil.I tried to make a devil from a not so big fish.For this I chose Lena Parv fish. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 500 grams of Lena Parv fish, washed and cleaned, cut into normal pieces
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of pepper powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of limr juice
- 200ml of oil
- Half teaspoon of crushed ginger
- A teaspoon of crushed garlic
- Two medium sized onions cut into fairly large strips
- 1 round cut fish capsicum
- A few curry leaves
- A teaspoon of soya sauce
- A tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Two tablespoon of water
- A teaspoon of sugar
- About three green chilies, cut into long pieces
- Two ripe tomatoes cut into squares
The method of making;
Put the washed and cleaned fish pieces in a bowl, add salt powder and pepper powder along with a teaspoon of lime juice and season everything well.
Seasoned fish for about fifteen minutes, add oil to a pan and fry in deep oil.
After frying the fish, add two tablespoons of oil from the remaining oil to another pan and add crushed ginger and garlic to it.
After adding the curry leaves, fry everything for about thirty seconds. Then add the teaspoon of soy sauce and in the meantime keep the heat on the stove at minimum.
Ad tomato sauce and chilli pieces.
Mix everything.
Now add capsicum and onions pieces and mix well.
Add water.
Then add sugar to it.
Add fried fish.
Now add tomatoes.
Finally, add the chopped green chillies and stir everything well and remove from the heat.
I'm really happy because I didn't think it was possible to make devils with such ordinary fish except for big fish. However, the work is successful.This fish devil is really delicious. And so is the smell. . A really hungry smell comes from this devil.Except for the best fish, devils are said to be impossible to make with ordinary fish like this, but they can really be made. So I invite my dear friends to give it a try.

The method of making this and the ingredients used are the same as the devil method. That's why it's called that.
