How are you, Good night to all my dear friends. It has started raining incessantly for us again. So anyway, I have brought you another delicious recipe from the art that I love. Actually, you can have this as a breakfast or even as a dinner. It can be known as a very nutritious meal. It is said that it is really potato pizza. Very tasty. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • A cup of wheat flour
  • Two teaspoons of oil
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • A teaspoon of chilli pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Two tablespoons of butter
  • A cup of water
  • A chopped green chillies
  • A chopped ripe tomato
  • A chopped large onion
  • Two normal sized mashed potatoes

The method of making;

First of all, we add chopped onions, tomatoes and green peppers to the boiled and mashed potatoes.

Then add turmeric powder and chilli pieces to it.

Now add half a teaspoon of salt powder and pepper powder and stir this mixture well.

Now let's prepare the flour mixture. For that, add half a teaspoon of salt powder and one teaspoon of coconut oil to the floured bowl and mix it.

Now add water little by little to make this flour liquid. This flour mixture is about the same thickness as the hopper flour mixture, and it is better to strain this flour mixture through a strainer.

Thin rotis should be made from the mixture. Put a pan on the stove and apply oil well. When the oil is slightly heated, add 2 table spoons of the flour liquid mixture as shown in the picture and boil it for two minutes on both sides on a low flame.

Now we need to take the tray of the oven and add some oil paper on it and spread some butter.

Now keep one roti on this tray and spread the butter on it. Then keep 1 tablespoon of the potato mixture and thin it as shown in the picture.

In this way, keep another roti and keep butter on it and keep a part of the prepared potato mixture and thin it. Keep the butter and yam mixture on all the roti prepared in this way and thin it out.

Spread butter on the top of the bread and bake for thirty minutes in the freeheat oven at 160 degrees Celsius for ten minutes.
