Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Today, on this beautiful day, I hope all my dear friends are very happy. For us, today is the evening. For those of you who eat the same thing every day, I have brought a delicious recipe with a difference that looks beautiful and delicious. Bread is a quick snack. A flour-based food. It gets boring when you eat the same thing over and over again. That's why today I brought you a delicious snack that can be made from bread. It goes very well with evening tea. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- About six slices of bread
- An egg
- 100ml of oil
- A tablespoon of water
- Two tablespoons of wheat flour
- A normal size large onion
- A capsicum
- Half piece of tomato
- A carrot
- About three green chilies
- Two teaspoons of chilli powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of curry powder
- A few curry leaves
The method of making;
Let's first prepare the filling. For that, cut all the ingredients, including the well-cleaned onions, carrots, capsicum, and green chilies,curry leaves, tomato into very small pieces.
When the oil is hot, add the finely chopped carrots, capsicum and salt and fry for just a minute.
Then add others all curry powders.
Again add a tablespoon of oil and then add chopped green chillies, tomatoes to it.
Stir fry one minute and add an egg.
Add the finely chopped curry leaves, mix everything well and remove from the heat.
Now let's shape the bread slices as desired. To do this, cut off the edges around the bread slice.
Thin it a little.
Add a little of the filling you made.
Wet the entire area of the slice with water.
Fold it.
To make the batter, combine the in a bowl, add the remaining curry leaves, chili flakes, and water little by little to make a slightly runny batter.
Dip the bread slice with the filling in this batter.
Add to hot oil and fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
This is perfect for evening tea, or for your dinner, especially for kids' lunch boxes, if you make it with less spice.I think it would be perfect for guests who like spicy food. However, you can customize this delicious snack to your taste.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
Very interesting how you used some 'simple' bread to create such a yummy and healthy snack! 🙂
