How are you, Very good morning everyone. The recipe I brought you today is perfect for breakfast as well as evening tea.Red cowpea mixed potato roll. Very tasty snack. Let's see what we need to do and how to make it.
Ingredients:
- A cup of wheat flour
- 250ml of oil
- Half tablespoon of salt powder
- As much water need
- Half tablespoon of cumin seeds
- Two tablespoons of corn flour
- Chopped ginger
- Chopped garlic
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of curry powder
- Some of boiled red cowpea
- Three chopped raw chilli pods
- Chopped leaks
- Chopped curry leaves
- Chopped bo nions
- 100 g of mashed potatoes
The method of making;
Put flour in a bowl and add a tablespoon of coconut oil.Add a teaspoon of salt and mix well.
Add a little water and knead the dough. Leave it closed for ten minutes.
Add chopped red cowpea to the mashed potatoes.Add the chopped curry leaves, leeks and big onions.
Add chopped ginger, garlic and raw green chilli.
Then add pepper powder, chilli powder, curry powder and salt and mix well.
Add two tablespoons of wcorn flour, mix well again and arrange the balls as shown in the picture.
Now add half a tablespoon of cumin seeds to the flour we prepared earlier and knead the dough well again.
Now in a floured tray, divide the dough into two pieces and thin well.
Divide into three parts as shown in the picture.Take one of the balls mixture and roll it in the flour mixture.
Now deep fry in oil.
This roll is very tasty.It is also nutritious. This method is best suited for children who do not like to eat whole grains.I like to eat because of the crispy texture.This will be a great way for guys who like to make a potato roll differently for breakfast or evening tea.
