So in the meantime, I have given priority to the art that I love, so today I have brought you a very delicious recipe. And this is the dish that can be prepared very easily. Sweet food. The sweet food is 'Rollan Toffee'. Very tasty. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 200g of semolina
- 150g of sugar
- Four pods of cardamom
- A pinch of salt powder
- Four tablespoons of warm water
- A tablespoon of butter
- 75g of grated coconut
- About 50 grams of roasted peanuts
The method of making;
First, cut the roasted peanuts into small pieces.
Spread the butter on the tray that thins the semolina mixture.
need to fry the cardamom well and grind them.
Fry the grated coconut on low flame for about three minutes until the moisture is completely removed.
In the same way, fry the semolina on low flame for about three minutes. This semolina should be roasted so that it smells very good and the color of the semolina does not change. When it is well roasted, it looks like grains of sand.
Now put a pan on the stove and add 75 grams of sugar to this pan and caramelize the sugar well.
Add the rest of the sugar and dissolve it well.
After the sugar is well browned, add four tablespoons of boiling hot water and reduce the heat on the stove.
Now add the coconut and fry it. All this should be done on low flame.
Now add salt powder and cardamom and stir well.
Keep the flame of the stove on minimum level and add the now roasted rulang and cashew pieces and saute.
Now turn off the stove and add a tablespoon of butter and stir it quickly. Then put it in a buttered tray.
You have to thin the prepared rulang mixture well, cut the pieces and taste it after it cools down.
