How are you, Wishing my dear friends a good day. So I hope all my friends are fine. Another delicious treat that I brought to my friends from the art that I love, that is, the art of cooking. I am sure that every family will like this, especially children. This is a snack. But this is a really sweet snack. This is a bun made in the stove. But it was made in a different way. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • One and half cup of wheat flour
  • One and half teaspoons of yeast
  • A tablespoon of sugar
  • 200ml of oil
  • Three tablespoons of warm water
  • A yogurt (80g)
  • A tablespoon of water

  • A tablespoon of butter
  • Four tablespoons of icing sugar

The method of making;

Let's activate yeast as well. For that, add one and a half teaspoons of yeast and three tablespoons of warm water, dissolve it well and keep it aside for about ten minutes.

After that, add the flour to another bowl, add the yogurt to it, and then add the dissolved yeast and stir.

Since this flour mixture is thick, add half a tablespoon of water to knead it a little more and knead it well for about four minutes.

Add one table spoon of sugar to bowl and add half a tablespoon of water to it and now dissolve it well.

Add the dissolved sugar to the flour mixture and knead well for another three minutes.

Keep the flour mill covered with a kitchen towel for about 30 minutes.

After about thirty minutes, we make eight small balls of average size from the dough that has risen. For that spread oil well on your palms and make seven small balls of normal size. Place the small balls made on a greased plate.

Cover it another 10 minutes.

Now we are ready to fry these small balls in oil. For that, place a suitable vessel of depth on the stove and add oil well to it. After the oil is well heated, take the flame of the stove to a very low level and put these small balls one by one and deep fry them. The point to be remembered is that the fire should be very low. Otherwise, the inner part will not be steamed.

We cover it with a piece of cloth for about ten minutes to cool.

After that let's make the icing mixture. For that, add butter to the icing and stir well to make the mixture. This should be a somewhat runny mixture.

Make a hole in the center of the baked bun balls.

Put the icing mixture in a piping bag, make a very small hole in one corner, and fill the icing mixture little by little into a bun that has been made in the middle.
