Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Good afternoon to all my dear friends. It's getting colder and we're getting closer to Christmas, which we all love.So everyone is doing everything they can to make this Christmas beautiful and delicious. I am also bringing you another beautiful and delicious recipe with the art that I love and adore.This dish is called 'Pani Walalu'. Very sweet. At Christmas, I think that we can make especially delicious food that looks very beautiful.so let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- One and half cups of wheat flour
- Two teaspoons of baking powder
- Three pods of cardamom
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of vanilla
- A cup of sugar
- 250ml of water and
- 1.5 drops of red food colouring
- 1.5 drops of green food colouring
- 200ml of oil
The method of making;
First put flour in a bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of vanilla and two teaspoons of baking powder and stir well.
After mixing well, divide the mixture equally into 2 bowls.
Add drops of green food coloring to one bowl and drops of red food coloring to the other bowl.
Put 75 ml of water equally into two bowls.
Dissolve the mixture thoroughly.
Remove cardamom seeds and peel.
Now heat another pan and add one cup of sugar to it followed by one cup of water.
Melt on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
After about 6 minutes, when the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Now take two piping bags and make a very small hole in one side of it and add the Dissolved flour mixture mixed with the two colors to the bags.
Add the flour mixture to the oil as shown in the picture. As a circle.
Now put it in the previously prepared honey mixture and leave it for about 5 minutes.
Now it's time to taste.
This Peni Walalu is really very sweet. I think most of the time kids will like this the most. And I think it looks very interesting because of the added color. I think it is especially good for Christmas. Dear friends, I invite you to try.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
