How are you,As usual, I hope all my dear friends are very happy and well. This little day has been busy. It will be even busier in the future. However, I like to prepare delicious food whenever I get the chance and share it with my dear friends.Today I made eggless buns that taste like donuts. This buns were made in a pan on the stove without using an oven. So, let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- One and half cups of bread flour
- 3/4 tablespoon of sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon of yeast
- Two tablespoons of melted butter
- 125ml of oil
- 105ml of lukewarm water
The method of making;
First, add lukewarm water to a bowl, add sugar and yeast to it and dissolve.
Then add the melted butter and gradually add the flour, mixing well.
Now, knead it non-stop for five minutes.
Take a bowl suitable for the dough to double size in, grease it well with oil and keep the dough covered for about an hour and a half.
Then remove the air bubbles.
Now roll this dough into a rectangle shape about an inch thick.
Cut and roll into the shape shown in the picture.
Tighten slightly by hand.
Add to the hot oil and fry over low heat until well browned on both sides, about six to seven minutes, until golden brown.
If you are someone who likes sweet foods with less sugar, you can try this recipe. You can give it to children especially, without adding too much sweetness. This is a bun that tastes like a donut. Since you don't need an oven, you can make and enjoy it anytime you want.
