Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you,Today is a very beautiful day.That's why I wish everyone a happy day and say good morning.Today I bring to you a way to make kankun in the Chinese way.Really very tasty dish. Let's see how to make it that way.
Ingredients;
- A handful of immature water spinach leaves
- Six cloves of sliced garlic
- Peel off,half a large onion, cut into squares
- Three long hand-cut raw chilli pods
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Three teaspoons of water
- Half tablespoon of sugar
- Half tablespoon of cornflour
- Half teasppoon of pepper powder
- Half tablespoon of soya sauce
- A pinch of salt
The method of making;
Put cornflour in a bowl and add sugar to it.Add soy sauce and water and make a little liquid.
Put a pan on the stove and add oil to it and when the oil heats up add the sliced garlic.
Add the chopped onions and let it simmer for about two minutes.
Now add the washed and cleaned water spinach leaves.
Once the water spinach leaves are slightly wilted, add the chillies.
Now turn off the stove and add pinch of salt and pepper powder.
Put the pan back on low heat and add the prepared sauce mixture.
Mix well and remove from the stove.
Really tasty food.Love to eat.It really tastes different because no spices were added.This Chinese style water spinach goes very well with the yellow rice made in my country.So, I invite my dear friends to try this delicious Chinese way of making water spinach.
