How are you, Let’s start the day with fresh hopes for a new day.The dish I will show you today is the stuffed "capsicum curry". Very tasty dish that tasted good after a while. So let's see how to make this stuffed capsicum curry.
Ingredients;
- Six good looking ficapsicums
- Chopped raw green chillies
- Chopped b onions
- Curry leavea
- Chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
- Half teaspoon of curry powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
- Finely chopped maldives fish
- A few sicks of cinnamon
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Half cup of condensed coconut milk
The method of making;
Add half a cup of water to a pan, add half a teaspoon of salt and place on the stove.
Now add 6 washed and cleaned capsicum and leave till the water boils.
Then remove from the heat,a pod of capsicum do not separate,
Remove the seeds.
Put the pan back together and add two tablespoons of oil to it and add the chopped garlic. Add curry leaves and chopped big onion and let it tempere a bit.
Then add chopped green chillies and pices of maldives fish.Add turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt and bring to a tempered again.
Now remove the boiled seeds, add thetempered onions separately to the capsicums pods and fill.
Now add condensed coconut milk to another pan.
Now add turmeric powder, curry powder, turmeric powder and cinnamon sticks.Then cook the coconut milk mixture on low heat for about two to three minutes.
Now add the stuffed capsicum pods to the coconut milk mixture and cook on low heat for another two to three minutes.
Now I have finished making the stuffed capsicum curry.
This stuffed capsicum curry is really nice in color here after being made. Little bit spicy also. But after a few days it was a very tasty meal that was spicy.This is an invitation for friends who like to taste capsicum in a different way.
