These days there is too much heat that we cannot bear. Because of that, there are many obstacles in daily activities.So, in the middle of all this, I came up with another delicious recipe from the art that I love to share with my dear friends. Very tasty. Can be made quickly. Egg mixed onion green tempura. It's just as delicious. So let's see how to fix it.
Ingredients;
- 250g of green onion leaves
- Two eggs
- Three tablespoons of oil
- A ripe tomato
- Three cloves of garlic
- A few curry leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon of cumin powder
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of salt powder
The method of making;
**Cut off the parts of the onion leaves and wash and clean **
Now cut the onion pieces separately. Cut the onion leaves into small pieces.
Now chopped garlic and tomato to small pieces.
Add two eggs to a bowl.
Now add oil to the pan and when the oil heats add mustard seeds.
Then add chopped garlic to it.
Add garlic and saute and then add chopped onion. Fry till it turns golden brown.
Then add curry leaves and stir it.
Add cumin powder and turmeric powder and stir well with low flame.
Add tomato pieces and finely chopped onion leaves on low flame and let it simmer for about a minute.
After that add salt powder and chilli pieces to it and stir.
Now put the onion leaves on the side of the pan and add the egg liquid.
Keep it on low flame and fry the eggs well.
Now stir everything well on low flame and remove from heat.
This tempura is really delicious. And it smells good. You can add to lunch. Even with this tempura, you can eat rice. It is so delicious. As we Asians like a bit spicy, you can change the ingredients here and make a delicious egg and onion green tempura by adding these ingredients.
