Learning how to create keto based breadsticks was definitely fun.
What I found to be extremely exciting is when the cauliflower is prepared correctly, the taste and flavor is phenomenal!
Ingredients:
Breadsticks
2 cups riced cauliflower (if you want to save time, look in the veggie freezer at your local market and this is sold by the package).
2 eggs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (for the mixture)
1/2 cup fiesta blend cheese (for the mixture)
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsps. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup fiesta cheese (for the top)
Preparation:
Begin by preheating your oven to 425 F degrees.
Pour the cauliflower into a large bowl; add the eggs, add mozzarella and fiesta cheeses, add the oregano, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Shape the mixture into a bread stick thickness on your pan and place into the oven for about 25 to until golden brown. (Don’t turn the oven off yet)
Once you complete that part of your baking process distribute the remaining cheese over the top and slide it back into oven for another 5-7 minutes (it should look like the photo I took and included).
Now you are ready to move on to the mariner sauce (this allows time for the breadsticks to cool a little before slicing).
Marinara Sauce:
Ingredients:
1 medium can of Tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp of Oregano
1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
Throw all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well (YEP, that's all there is to it!)
Slice the breadsticks, plate and dip away!
YUM!

I'm going to have to try this. Ive tried cloud bread, and unbun but theyre just OK. This recipe looks delicious.
I thought this recipe was crazy until I prepared it and was shocked that they truly tasted like breadsticks. My nephew was in complete shock when I told him there was no bread involved. :)
