this time I will discuss and explain the making of somay and meatballs...
Talking about meatballs and somay, that's the food that is most sought after and in demand by many people, especially teenagers, girls or boys,
Somay and meatballs are also processed a lot such as chicken noodles, grilled meatballs and various other very delicious preparations...
here's the recipe and how to make it
ingredients:
- chicken as the main ingredient
- wheat flour
- starch
- seasoning / cooking
- developer
- salt
- garlic
- fried onions
- egg
- pepper powder
- Soup leaves to taste
how to make it:
- take the chicken and separate the bones from the chicken, then wash the chicken thoroughly along with the soup leaves until clean
- grind the chicken until it is crushed along with the soup leaves and garlic until it is crushed and smooth
- Take the flour and mix the ground chicken along with the eggs, pepper and other spices
- After mixing the chicken and flour it becomes flour which is ready to be printed and boiled to be ready to eat
- Take the flour and print the meatball flour to the desired size
- Boil the meatballs until cooked
- Remove the cooked meatballs and put them under the fan so that the meatballs are cold and ready to eat and put them in the plastic
