I try not to read any posts about food until after I've eaten, otherwise, my mouth starts to water. Well, I've broken that rule and I'm now drooling all over the keyboard as I type this response. Being a beef lover, I'd love to do exactly what you folk did, try different cuts of the Wagyu beef. Here in the States we have similar restaurants that cook your meal right at your table. It's always a great time and the chef puts on a show as he/she prepares your meal, twirling utensils, flipping food in the air, and catching it with the spatula.
It's a little pricy to eat at this kind of restaurant, but well worth the price, plus there're no dishes or clean up at the end of the meal. 😁
