Here's a super easy , healthy and yummyyy Fruits and Nuts Crumble breakfast for the day.
Recipe
Fruits : Chopped papaya, banana and apple (you can take some pineapple, chikkoo, mango etc as well)
Some roasted oats flour (roast rolled oats and grind )
Roasted desiccated coconut
Powdered jaggery
Almond powder (roast about 10 almonds and then grind them)
Cinnamon powder
Method
- Preheat oven at 160°C for about 15 mins
- Spread the fruits on the baking dish
- Mix thoroughly the other dry ingredients together adding a little coconut oil and spread them on top of the fruits mixture
- Bake at 160°C for 20 to 25 mins
I have served them with some coconut ice cream on top you can have it with some vanilla ice cream too. It tastes absolutely yummm 💕
