In frame today are some amazing open avocado toasties using gluten free pan rustico country bread with six different toppings !!
Sometimes I want a little more out of my avocados than just guacamole, & that’s when I slather it over toast add in some toppings & enjoy.
Today I tried making open avocado toasts in six different styles. They came out super yumm and I'd love fo you guys to try them out as well.
The Greek Style - Avocado toast with crumbled feta & scallions as toppings & koscher salt as seasoning
The Everything But The Bagel - Avocado toast with soft boiled egg slices and everything but the bagel seasoning (I did not had it & hence just used crushed black pepper)
The Classic Pico de Gallo - The topping is made by mixing finely chopped red onions, cherry tomatoes, green chillies or jalapenos, lime juice, salt & chopped cilantro.
The Zaatar style - Greek or plain yogurt on top of avocado toast & zaatar masala as seasoning with fresh mint leaves.
The Mediterranean style - Avocado toast topped with kalamata olives and toasted sesame seeds. You can also add hummus into it
The Margharita style - You do not need to miss margharita pizza anymore because here is the healthier one. Avocado toasts topped with sliced cherry tomatoes, basil leaves & seasoned with italian herbs.
