For breakfast, I fried eggs with sardines and beans as detailed in the recipe below.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- Cooked beans (Quantity dependent on how much you like beans)
- Two small tomatoes
- Onions
- Sardines
- Salt, seasoning, and pepper
- Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Wash and slice your tomatoes and onions.
Crack and add your eggs, seasoning, pepper, and salt to the boiled beans.
Add your tomatoes, onions, and sardines to the eggs and beans and whisk
Put vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat and then fry your eggs mixed with sardines and beans.
After frying, you can choose to eat with fried potatoes or plantains or bread. It's one of my favorite recipes for fried eggs and on this day, I had it with bread and Lipton tea.
Since Monday is not a working day in my region due to the crisis, I rested while watching a movie after this heavy breakfast.
Didn't have anything for lunch but cooked liver sauce with carrots and green beans that I had for dinner after soccer.
Drank over 2 litres of water because of the beans and soccer and didn't have any fruit.
I take mine with bread too. The sardines gives it this extra flavour.
Sardines make it tastes 😋
