Oh hello hello my dear friends here on my favorite community๐
How are everyone doing today? Well me and hubby and son are home alone for a view days. The inlaws are in George at their friends for a quick visit haha ๐
Me and my Husband like curry food and it must be very hot though.
Last night I made a nice lamb curry and rice.
Let me start what I used for the lamb curry.๐
I used some lamb stew, cut it in smaller pieces put it in a black pot.
I add a nice big spoon of crushed garlic and then it fried a little bit then add some water to cook.
I let it cook until the meat was started to soften.
I put a cup of rice onto a pot add some water and salt on the stove it goes๐
Back to the meat. When it started to soften I cut up some small baby potatoes ๐ฅ add it with the meat.
I also cut up an onion into pieces add it with the meat and potatoes.
When the potatoes started to soften I add some nice curry powder I brought in Margate I used 1 and a half of teaspoons
I love a stew with vegetables I add some mixed vegetables that we brought at the supermarket ๐
I add some tomato sauce/chutney and Jimmy sauce and some salt and pepper.
Now the food was cooked and ready to eat. The rice and the nice hot lamb curry.

This is really tempting kinda meal. You are an expert in this and you cook African style dishes ๐ we've got this type of recipe ๐
I stay in South africa. So yeah I cook that kind of food. Although the other people in the house doesn't eat this hot kinds of food I like it ๐I grew up at a place were there always had hot curry food ๐๐
Means I was right in my assumption, becauseost of your recipes looks African lol. And such dish should go with hot ๐ถ ๐ถ ๐ถ you know. ๐
You just have to try and convince them to eat. Maybe add some shrimps to it to further boost the taste for them.
Haha they are old people. They only eat mild curry. But now they are not home so now I can prepare hot food lol.
Oh, I see why, they're probably being cautious about what they consume with age consideration.
