Hello, seafood lovers...
How have you been lately? In some countries, it's already winter, right? I hope you guys stay healthy and wear warm clothes.
Today, I will share a recipe that was requested by my mother.
anyway, what seafood ingredients do you like the most? Or what kind of fish never bore you?
I chose the squid!
In addition to being delicious and can be processed with various types of dishes as well as food, squid is also said to have a lot of nutrients that are good for the body. I'm a seafood addict. Starting from types of fish, shellfish, lobster, and even squid!
Not long ago, I have also shared a recipe for squid typical of the city of Padang, West Sumatra. This time, I will use a simpler but still delicious method. Spicy squid!
Even though this dish is in the spicy category, but I won't make it very spicy. I made it spicy according to my mother's taste. So the cayenne pepper that I'm looking forward to isn't too much.
Guys ... I have a rather funny story behind the process of cooking this spicy squid. Actually, what I want to cook this time is black cuttlefish. But, it turns out I took the wrong one and what I took was squid. After arriving home and intending to clean the cuttlefish, I was surprised myself because what I brought was squid. LOL. Good thing my mom loves all kinds of these, cuttlefish and squid.
Ok, since my funny and short story just ended, I'll go straight to the process of making spicy squid.
