Making moringa leaf vegetables with meatball and tofu toppings, complete with crispy fried tempeh

Hello Foodies friends,Today I want to share another healthy recipe. This time I want Making vegetables Clear to combine moringa leaves with meatball and tofu toppings.And add Menucrispy fried tempeh.Two complete dishes.For family lunch.Do you know about Moringa leaves? These are leaves that have many benefits. ___

Apart from being used as medicine, Moringa leaves can also be added to cooking.So that it is delicious to eat.

My mother grows moringa leaves behind the house.It turns out that moringa leaves have many benefits for our bodies And contains various vitamins.The benefits Moringa leaves are:

Counteracting free radicals,Strengthens bones,Lowers blood sugar,Smooth breast milk,and improves digestion.And there are many more benefits.I Family really like Moringa leaves because they are good for our health.Hopefully my fellow Foodies like these Moringa leaves.

Okay, I want to cook vegetables with simple spices.The ingredients are

The first ingredient is
. 1 Hold the moringa leaves
Discarded bones
. 20 Meatballs can be more
. 2 potong tahu
The seasoning ingredients are
. 5 cloves of shallots
. 2 cloves of garlic
. Salt and chicken or beef flavoring
Enough.

Second cooking ingredient.
. 1 Tempe board
. 5 tablespoons of flour
. 2 cloves of garlic
. Salt to taste

First,cut the tofu into small pieces.Split the meatballs,and slice the garlic and shallots.

Prepare a frying pan,and Heat add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.Then add the sliced spices to the pan, saute until wilted.Add three glasses of water and cook until boiling.

After boiling,add all the ingredients,meatballs,tofu,and moringa leaves.Add salt and seasoning.

Second menu, puree the garlic.Once smooth,put it in a bowl of flour.Add enough water.

Stir until there are no lumps of flour.

Slice the tempeh into several pieces as shown in the picture.Then Coat with flour mixture.And fry over medium heat,fry until golden brown.While turning it over so that it cooks evenly.Once cooked, remove and drain.
