Let's enjoy a bowl of chicken feet noodles.

Hi HIVE friends in this community, are you tempted by the initial photo I made? The name of this dish is chicken noodles and there are several types of chicken noodles, namely chicken noodles that do have toppings of minced chicken, feet, meat and there are also chicken noodles but have chopped mushrooms. While the dish that I will eat is chicken feet noodles. And just for information that chicken noodles and meatballs are favorite dishes of the Indonesian people. There are lots of meatball stalls standing on the side of the road with street vendor standards or hotel standards and the price of this dish is also quite affordable for the middle class and even the upper class.

And if you come to Indonesia which is a culinary paradise then you choose Bali, Java Island and North Sumatra where I live with you bringing 1 U$ dollar you can enjoy a bowl of this chicken noodle with free mineral drinks like the chicken noodle that I am ordering which is priced at Rp. 10,000 or less than 1 U$ dollar and even though I am currently ordering at a street stall but the taste is not in doubt.

The chicken noodle stall that I visited this time was a simple chicken noodle stall that was sold in front of the terrace of their house. I could see a collection of birds with lots of chirping there, it was really like in a forest. Then even though it was only a small stall, the place was very clean, the glasses and spoons that I would use were very clean, there was no dust left behind, not because this place was also a little far from the big market but also because everything was kept clean.

In this small shop we can also relax because the seats are designed for that. Long seats made of bamboo with high backrests are perfect for relaxing at night or in the afternoon with a bowl of chicken noodles that have arrived according to my order, making this atmosphere like releasing myself from the burden of work that has piled up in the office.

A bowl of chicken feet noodles with thick sauce. This thick sauce comes from pieces of chicken and feet cooked using spices such as shallots, garlic, candlenuts, cloves, cardamom, palm sugar, soy sauce, salt and some secret spices which then produce this thick sauce. then the sauce which must be hot is poured into the noodles that have been dipped and then sprinkled with celery leaves and fried shallots. Although the feet look stiff, when eaten the feet will immediately come off the bone. And if you like spicy, there will also be tomato sauce, vinegar, sweet soy sauce and cayenne pepper that has been steamed and blended until smooth for additions on top of your bowl. And you are free to take the chili as much as you want, the important thing is that after that you will not get a stomach ache.

The taste of chicken noodles with its spicy sauce and thick kadlu, lots of chicken pieces with fat feet with tender meat, added with chili and onion pickles that have a slightly sour and salty taste, becomes a perfect combination and no one doesn't like this dish even though they are foreigners. Oh yes, I almost forgot, it's not only chicken feet noodles that are sold here, but there are also chicken meatball noodles and eggs like the ones my wife ordered. The price is the same so by only bringing 2 U$ dollars you are already very full. And from these two dishes, which one do you choose? You must be confused, right? Visit Indonesia to enjoy it. Greetings from Tomidiwirja, Indonesia
