Ingredients:
100 g. of liquorice Amarelli Calabri
500 g. of alcohol
500 g. of water
450 g. of brown sugar
Method:
Dissolve the sugar over low heat with 250 g. of water, dissolve the licorice in the other half of water always over low heat and stirring to prevent it from sticking. Let the two compounds cool well, then combine them and add the alcohol. Mix well, filter and let it rest at least one day in the refrigerator.
