No, I do not enjoy seafood but mostly because I dwell in the desert. But if food is made with love and with local fresh ingredients than I am 100% in!

You are not missing out on vegas. You need to be more excited than most about losing and yourself to be here.
Unless you own a business. Business ownership is good here. They asian and hispanic communities are really strong and good out here in vegas. Its very diverse. Business ownership especially by foreigners via tax breaks with visas are abundant.
So if @a-alice , @anfood , yourself and company rally together to have successful culinary reasturant here, than it can be a good place😄
