Today I wanna share with you about the Fork grill I make in the afternoon 🔅

The Internet has a lot of recipes about them but I make them with my style 😊 and my family was like them, so I want to share with you about the recipe for you😉

step 1 |
We have to wash the fork with the salt and water first, that's easy, but I think it is very important for the recipe to make them clean. I make about 500gr fork |
Then you have to soak them in brine for about 5 minutes then take them out and make them dry |

While waiting for the fork to dry. We prepare the ingredients: |
5 garlic cloves, 4 red onions, and green onion, half lemon,4 spoons of honey, 4 spoons of salt, 3 spoons of the sauce fish, and 3 spoons of the sugar |

Sliced onions and garlic to small then we started to spice up the pork with; salt, onions, garlic and wait about 5-10 minutes to soak it in the meat. |

Step 4 |
Put them into the oven and time is 40 minutes. Remember we have to turn the meat once in 20 minutes and just 1-2 times. When 5 minutes left, we squeeze lime and honey & mix them together, then spread a thin layer on two sides of the piece of meat. |

Step 5 |
In the meantime, we prepare fish sauce for dish. Dissolving water and sauce fish to scale 2:1 and 3 spoons of the sugar then put them into the saucepan and make them hot about 2-3 minutes. |

Step 6 |
We make green onion and oil. Put haf of the bowl of the oil in the saucepan, and when the oil hot we put in green onion and finish. |
