Hello friends! Especially the members love to cook like me. I just made a new dish today and I'm excited to share it with you. Chicken is a familiar dish, isn't it, in Vietnam, there is a type of chicken that seems different from the ones you usually see sold in supermarkets, it's "free-range chicken", this chicken is chewy and sweeter than other types of chicken. sale is seen at supermarkets. I went to the market today and bought this kind of chicken. And I decided to make the dish taste new to attract my son. This dish is so easy to make, I think anyone can do it. Let's do it with me.
Materials needed:
- Chicken chooses delicious chicken thighs or free-range chicken like me.
- Red onion, garlic
- Unsalted butter
- Honey
- Soy
- Salt, seasoning.
- Pepper.
Making:
Step 1: Wash the chicken thoroughly with water and salt. Let the chicken dry completely.
Step 2: Mince the red onion and garlic.
Step 3: Use a knife to cut the chicken thighs into a checkered shape so that when marinating the spices will infuse faster and more delicious.
Step 4: Proceed to marinate the chicken thighs: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, all shallots and minced garlic, 2 tablespoons salt sprinkled on both sides, 2 tablespoons seasoning, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon ground pepper. Then put on specialized cooking gloves and stir the chicken until the seasoning is completely absorbed.
Step 5: Put in the refrigerator to wait for about 1 hour before starting to bake.
Step 6: After 1 hour, the chicken has absorbed the spices. Start taking the baking tray out, wrap around the baking tray with foil. Then brush with cooking oil, then cut the butter into medium pieces.
Step 7: Put the chicken thighs on the baking tray, place the butter pieces on top of the chicken thighs. Turn on the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then put the tray in the oven. The oven timer is 40 minutes, 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 8: This step is extremely important in this dish. That is to make a dipping sauce with grilled chicken thighs. Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, 1.5 teaspoons of sugar, lime leaves, paprika, or chilli peppers, kumquats, 1 tablespoon chilli sauce. Cut the lemon leaves thinly as shown, then mix the ingredients together, cut the kumquats into thin slices to mix well as shown in the photo.
Step 9: Finally, put the chicken on a plate and add basil leaves for decoration. And just enjoy. The sweet and greasy taste of butter, honey blended, dipped into the dipping sauce, sour and sour, salty, spicy, spicy, indescribably delicious.
