HOW TO MAKE KOREA SOLUTION EGG IS HOT. Delicious at the first battle :)) This dish is eaten with rice and noodles.

Prepare:

Egg:
15-20 fruits depending on the number of people eating.
Sauce:
300ml soy sauce, choose the better soy sauce, the better the sauce.
200ml water
50ml malt (can be replaced with brown sugar)
1 large spoon of sugar
1 large spoon of vinegar
1 large spoon of sesame oil
2 large tablespoons of white wine.
1 onion
Chives leaves
Scallion
1 large red chili (if you have a baby, don't lose the chili)
Aromatic roasted sesame

Start doing

STEP 1
Add eggs when the water is cold. Add a teaspoon of vinegar to peel the eggs. Boiling water soup for 5 - 6 minutes if eating boiled eggs still flowing
6-7 minutes if eating gelatinous soft-boiled eggs.

STEP 2
Take the eggs out, drain the water and then soak them in the prepared bowl of ice water. Once the eggs have cooled, peel off the shells.
STEP 3
Put water, soy sauce, malt, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, wine, half an onion in a pot. Stir well and add more or less according to taste. The recipe above is suitable for me with the spices I use at home.
Bring to a boil over low heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
STEP 4
Finely chopped chives, green onions, and chili peppers. When the egg cold sauce is cold, put the eggs in a box, pour the sauce in and sprinkle chives, onions, chili, and roasted sesame on top.
Close the lid and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

The feeling when eating is that the sauce is extremely delicious, the eggs are sticky, add the sauce to eat with hot rice, sticky rice, or noodles.

If the sauce is not used up, you can boil more eggs to continue soaking.
