VERY SIMPLE GRILL WITH OIL-free Fryer OR Oven

Today, I would like to share a simple five-spice rib dish that's easy to make and doesn't get hot because there's an oil-free fryer 😃

Now I'm craving for a delicious grilled ribs like this, so I decided to go to the kitchen myself, what are you waiting for 😜 I invite you guys to come to the kitchen with me 👩🏻‍🍳
Recipe for five-spice grilled ribs with an oil-free fryer:

Material:

  • Ribs: 1kg
  • Seasoning: oyster sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, pepper, salt, five spices, brown sugar, dried onion, garlic, chili powder.
    -Condiments spread on ribs when grilling: honey, cashew oil.

Making:

  • Wash ribs with salt and use clean water to wash, cut into bite-sized pieces, drain.

-The marinade part

  • Put 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of chili sauce, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of brown sugar, 1 spoon of pepper, 1 spoon of chili powder (I use home-made chili so it's very spicy if you use less spicy chili powder, give 2 spoons for nice color), 1 spoon of salt, 2 spoons of five spices, 2 dried onions, 2 cloves of garlic. (I use a spoon to eat rice)
  • Put all the above ingredients in a blender to get a super delicious marinade mixture.
    -Mix the sauce into the ribs wrapped in food film and marinate for 3-4 hours (overnight marinating is better)

-Put foil in an oil-free fryer, place the marinated ribs in the pot in turn and bake for 180 degrees 25 minutes (the pot I use is 1800W, everyone can increase or decrease the heat depending on the pot)
-After 25 minutes of baking, check the ribs, mix the sauce to spread on the ribs (including 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of cashew oil, or you can also add the sauce to mix together) then spread on the ribs and continue grilling at the same time. 180 degrees 10 minutes is a beautiful ripe rib.

The fragrant, sweet, and spicy grilled ribs are easy to eat, if you have kids at home, you can omit the chili powder 🥰❤️
