Hi Everyone,
As you can see from the photo, the snow was sadly very little when we woke up so we the kids decided to just do a bit of skiing before getting some food then relax at the local onsen.
グリーンクロス is the second restaurant at the ski resort and would say the better one out of the 3 we have seen. The food variety is pretty good though prices are little higher than the other two food outlets on the snow field. Again there were no lines so we found a table easily. The menu had clear pictures which was great for the kids to decide what they wanted.
BB E wanted the katsu curry rice, BB M wanted the panda curry rice, hubby ordered a combination soba and I had the ramen. We also ordered a side of karrage chicken. Food came pretty quickly and needed us to pick up from the front. The portions were average and the food was fine though the ramen was a little bland. The kids loved their rice choices, I was actually thinking that I should have ordered a rice dish with them. It was ok as BB M couldn’t finish his meal so I had his left overs.
If we were to come to this snow field again, we would probably choose to come to this food outlet again as the choices were pretty substantial. After lunch, we headed back to the hotel, got changed and had a nice relaxing onsen.

I loved the children's dish with the rice in the shape of a panda bear, such a great idea to get kids excited about food.
Bon appetit!
