How to make popular bengali dish -Rohu fish Amorphophallus campanulatus curry recipe

Hello my lovely hive friends , lots of love from me .Really I am very happy and enjoying this hive platform .Today I am going to share one of my unique recipe - Rohu fish with amorphophallus campanulatus recipe. It is very popular bengali dish .

Ingredients

1.Rohu fish -500 gms
2.Amorphophallus campanulatus -700gms
3.Tomato chop -3 tbsp
4.Bay leafs-3
5.Garlic paste-1.5 tbsp
6.Onion-3 tbsp
7.Raw chilli paste-2 tbsp
8.Dry chilli paste-3 tbsp
9.Cumin paste-4 tbsp
10.Water 4 Cup
11.Mustrad oil -100 gms
12.Tumaric powder-1 tbsp
13.Salt -2 tbsp

1.Take 500 grams Rohu fish and clean it.

2.Take onion paste, garlic paste , tomato chop and bay leafs.

3.Take cumin paste, raw chilli paste , dry chilli paste .

4.Mix 1/2 tbsp tumaric powder and 1/2 tbsp salt with Rohu fish .

  1. Add Rohu fish with heat mustrad oil and fry it.

6.Take frying Rohu fish .

7.Take Amorphophallus campanulatus and clean it .

8.Add all masala paste and
amorphophallus campanulatus with heat oil in pan.

9.Mix 4 cup water and boil it .

10.Add frying Rohu fish .

11.Boil 18 minutes .

12.So the healthy fresh Rohu fish Amorphophallus campanulatus
curry recipe is ready to serve.
