Hey guys
Yesterday I visited with my wife a famous Athenian restaurant named Aleria with a famous chef gikas Xenakis.
The course consisted with 7 stages(plates)

  1. amuse bouchée toast with cheese and butter

  2. crab with fennel , plum and chamomile

3)tartare giouvarlaki (traditional Greek food)
Beef Ω3 with avgolemono and dill

  1. Pumpkin Mousse
    chestnuts ,apaki and black truffle

  1. magiatiko ( fish) with lentils , carrots and spinach

  1. was a surprise from the chef “pastitsio”

  1. lamp with topinambur wild mushrooms and onions

And last but not least the dessert which was perfect
Chocolate ganache with hazelnut rosemary and mountain tea sorbet

A restaurant, in my opinion, is preferable. Because it gives joy in addition to profit. The one I can most clearly recall is found at https://odahouse.com/ I'm glad I visited this Georgian restaurant. Additionally, a wide array of dishes are available for a number of uses. This eatery has become one of my favorites as a result of the excellent food and service. I'm hoping that you'll find this material useful as well.
