Welcome to my blog, today I have made a very simple dish which is highly nutritious low on fats and very simple to make. This is body builder's great source of protein. Making of this is with very less ingredients and can easily be done within minutes.
Chicken Breast.
Chicken breast is a great source of protein and has very less fats in it. Besides it is a bit chewy the making plays an important role in. maintaining its juiciness. With a simple list of ingredients and almost no oil I have made you delicious diner healthy.
Ingredients :
- Chicken Breast Whole - 300 gms.
- Salt To Taste.
- Black Pepper powder.
- Lemon -2.
In the making first step is to marinate the chicken.
Before marination important is to slice the meat but not fully separate them but slicing half the thickness.
Now put it in a glass vessel and add salt.
Add 1 tbsp of black pepper.
Now add lemon juice and give it a good mix. Let it res for 10 minutes.
This is how it looks after ten minutes. Ready to be fried.
Take a pan on high flame and add 1 tbsp of oil.
When the oil is ready add the marinated meat and turn the flame to medium.
Flip it on the other side.
Now the perfect way to make juiciest chicken breast is to cook it evenly. The secret formula is to cook 3 minutes on either sides.
And the delicious chicken is ready fulfil your hunger.
