Welcome to my blog today on the menu is a very sweet and amazing dessert, that is everyone's love. The dish is the one that is most ordered in any restaurant. Yes it is a Sundae!!!
Choco Oreo Sundae
Oreo Sundae is one of the favourite dessert that I order whenever I visit a restaurant. The most special thing about my dish is the chocolate sauce. I have prepared this chocolate sauce myself. Let's get onto the recipe quickly in detail.
Ingredients :
- Ice Cream 500 ml.
- Oreo Biscuits.
- 1 Tbsp of All purpose flour.
- Half a cup of Sugar.
- Half a cup of Cocoa Powder.
- Half a cup of milk.
- Half a tbsp of butter.
Let's make the chocolate sauce now.
Firstly, take a pan without putting it to flame.
Add Cocoa powder to the pan.
Also, add sugar and all purpose flour.
Whisk the mix properly.
Now, add milk to the mix and keep whisking to avoid any lumps.
Once you achieve this, now put it on high flame.
Once you bring the sauce to boil, switch the flame to low.
Add just a little bit of butter and whisk. Now keep this to cool of on room temperature for ten mins.
Simultaneously, roughly crush the oreo biscuits.
Now put crushed biscuits and Ice cream in a bowl.
With the help of forks, mix it well. Serve it with garnish of chocolate sauce.
The delicious Sundae is ready to fill your buds with flavours.
