Hello Foodies,

Welcome to my blog, today on the menu is a very special fusion of urban dish with healthy domestic bread.

Egg Roll

It has been a while since I posted, it feels amazing to be able to post again.

Today I have made, the most special street food dish which is very famous on the streets. These are beaten eggs spread as omelette on one side and Indian flatbread "Roti" on the other side. Then it is rolled by filling up with different types of sauces and some raw veggies inside.

Ingredients :

• Eggs - 6.
• Roughly Chopped Onions.
• Half Cooked Chapati (Indian style bread)
• Salt, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala to taste.

Now let's take a look at the process,

Firstly break the eggs in a vessel.

Now add regular spices and beat the eggs.

I have chopped onions and put them in water.

Now take a pan to heat and add oil to it.

Add egg mix to the pan.

Now put chapati on the top side of the egg.

Once the egg is cooked from one side flip it over.

Now take the omelette and put it in a plate.

Now apply whichever sauce you like, I chose mint mayo and had put onions to it.

Now roll the chapati tightly.

Keep the roll aside.

Meanwhile make the other, for this I have chosen Barbeque mayo and make it a roll.

And the most delicious rolls are ready to eat, serve it with mint sauce ans tomato ketchup.
