Summers are here, today I am starting a new series for my blogs, I will be showcasing some of the most common drinks that will keep you cool in the hot summers. These are really delicious and filling.

So for the start I am making the most common drink that everyone makes, but hey this is just the start. Stay tuned for the upcoming exclusive an innovative drinks in the future.

Banana Shake

Banana shake is the best healthy and energising drink that you can have out there. The myth that people have is that banana's are fattening is true to some extent but I would always go for the nutritions it has to offer. The drink is simple to make and can be made with minimalistic ingredients. Also there's not much of an effort involved. So let us start with the simple recipe.

Ingredients :

  • A cup of milk.
  • A tablespoon of Sugar.
  • A Banana.
  • Some choco-chips( you can always use other nuts too).

The process

Now to start take a blender and add the milk.

Slice the banana and add it into the blender.

Add Sugar, you can always add sugar as per your taste I have has only a tablespoon of it just to keep it healthy.

Add Ice cube if you want.

Now blend the drink for a minute and it is ready.
