Steps and Ingredients:
- Marinate 1 kg chicken with turmeric, salt and ginger
garlic paste and keep aside for 30 minutes - Fry the chicken until half cook
- Chop 7-8 cloves and cut ginger about 4 inch into
small strips like match sticks, 1 lemongrass ( cut half)
and 1 red chili (slice into 2). Cook these ingredients
until the aroma comes out
4.Put in the fried chicken, 4 tbsp of oyster sauce and
3 tbsp of light soy sauce, a bit white pepper and black
pepper - Add 1 1/2 tbsp of corn flour already mixed with a little
water - Add 7 bird's eye chili and 1 onion sliced into circles
- Add salt to taste and finally add chopped shallot.
