Simple to make this raita. The ingrediants :
- Tomato -1 (remove the seeds and cut into small pieces)
- Cucumber - 2 (remove seeds and cut into small pieces)
- Green chilies - 2 (remove seeds and cut into small pieces)
- Big Onion - 1/2 chopped
- Some coriander leaves - chopped
- Carrot - 1 (cut into small pieces)
- Ginger juice ( from 1/2 inch ginger)
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Sugar and salt to taste
- Yogurt - 600 grams
Mix all above and serve cold
