Feliz día mi familia de hive, espero estén pasando un buen jueves, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una comida que en particular me gusta mucho y es muy práctica. Hoy quiero enseñarles como hice mi primer arroz con pollo.
Happy day my hive family, I hope you are having a good Thursday, today I want to share with you a meal that I particularly like and is very practical. Today I want to show you how I made my first rice with chicken.
Para esta comida necesitaremos
°Arroz
°Pollo
°Tomate
° Ají dulce
° Cebollín
°Cilantro
°Zanahoria
°Cebolla
°Sal
°Ajo
°Aceite
For this meal we will need
°Rice
°Chicken
°Tomato
° Sweet bell pepper
°Chives
°Cilantro
°Carrot
°Onion
°Salt
° Garlic
°Oil
Proceso
Lo primero que debemos hacer es colocar en una paila ajo y el color (onoto) luego de esto procedemos a colocar los aliños previamente picados, sofreímos agregamos la sal para luego integrar el pollo revolvemos, agregamos 1/2 taza de agua, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 45 min.
Process
The first thing to do is to place the garlic and the color (onoto) in a pan, then proceed to add the previously chopped seasonings, fry, add salt and then add the chicken, stir, add 1/2 cup of water, cover and let it cook for 45 minutes.
Una vez que el pollo este así como el de la imagen procedemos a colocarle 2 taza de arroz y 1/2 de agua, revolvemos y agregamos la zanahoria, volvemos a tapar por 20 minutos o hasta que usted vea que el arroz esté en su punto.
Once the chicken is like the one in the picture, add 2 cups of rice and 1/2 cup of water, stir and add the carrot, cover again for 20 minutes or until you see that the rice is ready.
