Homemade Pizza | I made pizza with my wife for breakfast

Hello my friends.

Due to the severe winter conditions, a four-day compulsory holiday was declared in our country. So, my wife and I tended to activities that we couldn't do in normal times. Making pizza at home is one of them.

In the photo you see below, the pizza is served. So the last photo before it was eaten :)

Now I will tell you how we made this pizza together.

First of all, let's specify what materials we use when making pizza.

MilkCheddar Cheese
SourdoughTomato Sauce
Salt & SugarOregano & Salt

First thing, my wife took care of the dough kneading. She dissolved the sourdough in warm water. She added warm milk to it. Then she got a smooth dough after adding flour, salt, sugar. She put this dough in a closed container and left it to ferment for about an hour.

After fermentation, he sprinkled a small amount of flour on the counter and thinned the dough with the help of a rolling pin. As you know, pizza dough is not very thin and should be in the shape of a baking tray. My wife expertly made the dough and placed it on the tray.

Using a fork, we made not very deep pits in the dough. We did this so that the sauce we will use penetrates the dough better.

We poured the sauce on the pitted dough and spread it well. We also poured some cheddar cheese on top of the sauce. This is for the pizza to be softer. While we were dealing with the other ingredients, we left the sauce and cheddar cheese dough to rest.

On the other hand, I prepared other materials to be put on the dough. The sausage seen in the photo is a sausage made at home by my wife's mother. My wife's mother is a very skillful woman and she makes her own sausage in her own home.

When the preparation of the materials to be put on the dough was finished, we sprinkled these ingredients on the dough with sauce and cheddar cheese.

While putting the materials, we took care to distribute them homogeneously.

You have seen the final version of the pizza before it is cooked above. We bake this tray for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. After 15 minutes of cooking, we take it out of the oven, add some more cheddar cheese and cook for another 5 minutes. When this time is over, our pizza is ready to be served after we take it out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
