How to make simple aceh typical kemamah fish

This is my first writing on foodies bee hive, on this occasion I will share a delicious recipe for a simple kemamah typical aceh, let's see the ingredients and the steps for making it below

Ingredients

  • boiled tuna
  • red chili 5
  • red onion 3 cloves
  • 2 cloves of red onion
  • cayenne pepper 5
  • turmeric 1 segment
  • pepper 5 grains
  • sunti acid 10

Stir fry ingredients

  • chopped onion
  • Sere crushed
  • curry leaves 2 sticks
  • 1/2 tomato
  • chopped green chili

Steps to Make

  • Suir-suir all fish
  • then finely blend all the spice ingredients
  • then the spices are stir-fry on low heat until fragrant and remove the oil
  • Trakir stage enter all the fish that have been shredded.
  • don't forget to add salt
  • serve with rice
