Is it too much tomato? maybe not - ¿Será mucho tomate? tal vez no

Lo primero que hay que tener es nuestra pasta (fui a afortunado puesto que esta era de la noche anterior y solo debía cocinarla un poco) pero obviamente si no la tienen así hay que hacerla desde el principio

The first thing to have is our pasta (I was lucky since this was from the night before and I only had to cook it a little) but obviously if you don't have it, you have to make it from scratch.

Para esta receta, ya que tenía interés en probar la combinación de la salsa de tomate con tomate picado, me dispuse a hacer eso mismo (como si fuera salsa de la salsa, o algo así) puse ambos ingredientes en una pequeña olla con un poco de agua para se cocinase y tuviera mas esa esencia de salsa en su totalidad.

For this recipe, since I was interested in trying the combination of tomato sauce with chopped tomato, I set out to do just that (as if it were salsa de la salsa, or something like that) I put both ingredients in a small pot with a little water so it would cook and have more of that salsa essence in its entirety.

Luego debemos picar y echar las cebollas en el sartén cuando este esté caliente (el aceite) y revolver durante un momento mientras se pica la carne.

Then we must chop and throw the onions into the pan when it is hot (the oil) and stir for a moment while the meat is chopped.

Luego de haber dejado a las cebollas adquirir ese color doradito podemos agregar más tomate, papas, y la carne.

After having let the onions acquire that golden color we can add more tomato, potatoes, and meat.

Agregamos a la carne algo de agua, junto con salsas, en mi caso utilicé salsa de ajo un poco de salsa de soya.

We add some water to the meat, together with sauces, in my case I used garlic sauce and a little soy sauce.

Ya cuando los tomates (de la especie de salsa que se estaba haciendo anteriormente) estén blanditos blanditos, podemos juntarlos con nuestra pasta.

Once the tomatoes (from the kind of sauce that was previously made) are soft and mushy, we can add them to our pasta.
