筍粿Bamboo shoot cake

朋友突然傳訊給我,問我要不要吃筍粿,

剛聽見筍粿兩個字時甚是稀奇,

我只聽過菜頭粿,碗粿,還真沒聽過筍粿,

她說她團購買太多根本吃不完,要拿一塊給我。

既然是「吃不完」,當然要幫她銷一下,

免得她為了保存期限天天得吃筍粿,哈哈。

那筍粿拿來是長這樣的,白白的一大塊,

她若不說,我鐵定拿它當菜頭粿來辦,

不過基本上吃法也是一樣的,拿來切成片狀,

再下鍋煎道"恰恰"即可。

說到"恰恰",有點台語的意思,

就是有點焦有不會太焦,

那吃進嘴裡的滋味當真一等一的好。

可惜本姑娘廚藝不精,怕煎到燒焦,

因次沒有很"恰恰"就給它裝盤了,

如何?看起來還不錯吧?

吃起來也是超香的,真的可以吃到筍絲在裡頭,

現在正是筍子的季節,筍子特別香甜好吃,

前幾日我娘弄了一盤涼筍給我,啥都沒沾就甜到捨不得鬆口,

大家最近也可以趕快去試試筍子美食喔~~
