朋友突然傳訊給我，問我要不要吃筍粿，
剛聽見筍粿兩個字時甚是稀奇，
我只聽過菜頭粿，碗粿，還真沒聽過筍粿，
她說她團購買太多根本吃不完，要拿一塊給我。
既然是「吃不完」，當然要幫她銷一下，
免得她為了保存期限天天得吃筍粿，哈哈。
那筍粿拿來是長這樣的，白白的一大塊，
她若不說，我鐵定拿它當菜頭粿來辦，
不過基本上吃法也是一樣的，拿來切成片狀，
再下鍋煎道"恰恰"即可。
說到"恰恰"，有點台語的意思，
就是有點焦有不會太焦，
那吃進嘴裡的滋味當真一等一的好。
可惜本姑娘廚藝不精，怕煎到燒焦，
因次沒有很"恰恰"就給它裝盤了，
如何?看起來還不錯吧?
吃起來也是超香的，真的可以吃到筍絲在裡頭，
現在正是筍子的季節，筍子特別香甜好吃，
前幾日我娘弄了一盤涼筍給我，啥都沒沾就甜到捨不得鬆口，
大家最近也可以趕快去試試筍子美食喔~~
Didn't thought bamboo shoot can be made into a cake. Might try that soon :)
