From your post:

To me, this says a lot. I graduated High School back in 1988, so it's been a while since I have been in school. But I swear I remember the statement, "Presentation, is 85% of sales". And for the restaurant to care enough about the menu... that says a lot to me as well.

That's so generous of you Wes, I am going to stake these tokens for sure...

Completely agree because plating and presentation elevate the food and restaurant level. I never hesitate to pay when I am satisfied with the ambient, service, and food. I personally think it is worth it...
