Hello good afternoon dear community of Foodies Bee Hive, for today I want to share one of my favorite recipes, it is Chicken with Mushroom.
Below I show you enough ingredients for 3 people:
1/2 kg of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tray of fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion
1/2 cup of white wine
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 tablespoon of butter
500 g of pasta
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
We put the pasta to cook and reserve when it is ready.
For the chicken, first we chop the onion into small squares.
Then we wash and fillet the mushrooms
We clean, wash and cut the breast, in my case I cut it into thin strips but you can cut it as you prefer.
Add the olive oil and the butter to melt.
We put the onion to reduce, when it starts to become transparent we put the mushrooms, always stirring so that nothing sticks.
Cook over medium heat until they begin to reduce and place the chicken
When the chicken is already white, add the wine, stir so that it reduces and begins to form the sauce. We can add a couple of bay leaves
Then we put the milk cream and cook for ten minutes, to thicken we add the two tablespoons of corn starch diluted in water, salt and pepper to taste and let cook for five more minutes, always moving to that nothing sticks
When it is ready we can serve it, it can be decorated with a few leaves of fresh parsley or coriander.

Hola buenas tardes querida comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, para el día de hoy quiero compartirles una de mis recetas favoritas, se trata de Pollo al Champiñón.
A continuación les muestro los ingredies suficientes para 3 personas:
1/2 kg de Pechuga de pollo sin piel y sin hueso
1 bandeja de champiñones frescos
1 cebolla mediana
1/2 taza de vino blanco
2 hojas de laurel
1 cucharada de almidón de maíz
1 cucharada de Mantequilla
500 gr de pasta
Aceite de oliva
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Preparación:
Colocamos a cocinar la pasta y reservamos cuando esté lista.
Para el pollo primero picamos la cebolla en cuadritos pequeños.
Luego lavamos y fileteamos los champiñones
Limpiamos, lavamos y cortamos la pechuga, en mi caso yo la corté en tiras finas pero puedes cortarla como prefieras.
Colocamos el aceite de oliva y la mantequilla a derretir.
Colocamos la cebolla a reducir, cuando comience a transparentarse colocamos los champiñones, siempre removiendo para que nada se pegue.
Cocinamos a fuego medio hasta que comiencen a reducirse y colocamos el pollo
Cuando el pollo ya esté blanco colocamos el vino, removemos para que se reduzca y comience a formar la salsa. Podemos agregar un par de hojas de laurel
Luego colocamos la crema de leche y cocinamos por diez minutos, para espesar agregamos las dos cucharadas de almidón de maíz diluido en agua, sal y pimienta al gusto y dejamos cocinar por cinco minutos más, siempre moviendo para que nada se pegue.
Cuando esté listo ya podemos servir, se le puede decorar con unas hojitas de perejil fresco o cilantro.
