Good post, great recipe, well demonstrated. As it happens, we're planning to have that tonight, with some chicken breast thrown in for good measure. Except, we'll be spending a lot less time on cleaning the kitchen afterwards. As you know, one of these Russian atom bombs could ruin your entire evening. Setting one off in our kitchen by ourselves isn't part of the plan ;-)

Yeah definitely avoid the mess. Cleaning is by far the worst part of cooking. We often add chicken breast as well. As a side dish it goes with a lot of different stuff as well. We have it with salmon sometimes also.
