I am making this first entry in the community with this image of a classic hummus presented in a modern way. The ingredients are not a secret, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, a clove of garlic and a few sesame seeds all blended in a blender, then served with carrot sticks, celery and radishes. At the end it is topped with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Hago esta primera entrada en la comunidad con esta imagen del clásico hummus presentado de una forma moderna. Los componentes no son ningún secreto, garbanzos, tahini, zumo de limón, un diente de ajo y algunos granos de sésamo todo ello pasado por la batidora, luego servido con palitos de zanahoria, apio y rábanos. Al final se corona con un chorro generoso de aceite de oliva virgen extra.
