Sometimes, even the idea of cooking is exhausting. Yet, body-bound creatures that we are, we must eat.
That’s when quick, easy & healthy solutions like a fruit and vegetable smoothie — try berries & spinach — comes handy. Liquid food like that fills you up & fuels you with needed energy. Add chia or flaxseed for an extra boost.
Or, if that won’t do and you really need to chew, bake salmon in around 10-15 minutes & slather it with pesto sauce for extra flavor. You can add a simple salad next to it and vegetable or grains of your choice 🥗
Perhaps, you’re lucky —like I am, today— and have leftovers. Just dice onions and chicken, sautée, and throw over rice with cream of celery sauce, aka chicken a la king 👑
Of course, if you’re creatively bankrupt and pooped, there’s always pasta 🍝 Tomato sauce 🥫 is obviously easiest. But, sautéing minced meat and onions 🧅 is not as intimidating as it sounds & it is more satisfying if you’re hungry!
Super lazy, but in need of sustenance. Have a seat and pretend you’re a kid, again, with a bowl of cereal , fruit and nuts 🌰 🥜
