Hello lovers of culinary delights, I am a lover of pizzas, I love them, and if they are with enough cheese, so much the better. Well this week, the theme of the @qurator Hive Top Chef contest is nothing more and nothing less than pizza. I was hit in the vein of taste, I had to participate yes or yes. Then I realized I didn't have a drop of flour so I had to make a potato-based variation. I had never made one this way before, but I liked the result. Besides, one inconvenience I had is that I made it in the frying pan, a different way, because I don't have an oven and the air fryer didn't fit in my air fryer.

Pues esta semana, el tema del concurso de @qurator Hive Top Chef es nada más y nada menos que la pizza. Me dieron en la vena del gusto, tenía que participar sí o sí. Luego me di cuenta que no tenía una gota de harina por lo que tuve que hacer una variante a base de papa. Nunca había hecho una de esta forma, no obstante, me gustó el resultado. Además, un inconveniente que tuve es que la elaboré en el sartén, una forma diferente, porque no tengo horno y en la freidora de aire no me cabía. *
