Hola mi linda comunidad hoy les traigo unas ricas caraotas dulces, especifico porque en varios estados de mi país se consumen saladas, pero me encantan mas dulces porque resaltan su sabor. Espero les guste esta receta, las pueden acompañar con arroz, carne y tajada (pabellón) o con pasta.

Ingredientes:

1/2 kilo de Caraotas negras.
2 Cebollas medianas.
10 ajíes.
12 dientes de Ajo.
Orégano.
Perejil y Cilantro.
Sal.
Azúcar

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo of black beans.
2 medium onions.
10 peppers.
12 garlic cloves.
Oregano.
Parsley and Cilantro.
Salt.
Sugar

Paso a paso:

Paso 1. Se ponen a ablandar las Caraotas en una olla con 2 litros de agua.

Paso 2. Una vez blandas las caraotas se lleva a fuego medio una sartén a precalentar añadiendo 2 cdas de aceite . Cuando el Aceite estuvo bien caliente se le incorporó la cebolla, los ajíes y el ajo picado dejando sofreír por 3 minutos.
Step 2. Once the beans are soft, take a frying pan over medium heat to preheat adding 2 tablespoons of oil. When the oil was very hot, add the onion, chili peppers and minced garlic, letting it fry for 3 minutes.

Paso 3.Seguidamente se van agregando el ajo, 1/2 cubito, el perejil y cilantro picado y por último el orégano dejando sofreír por 2 minutos mas.
Step 3. Next, add the garlic, 1/2 cube, the parsley and chopped coriander and finally the oregano, letting it fry for 2 more minutes.

Paso 4. Ya listo el sofrito se le añade a las caraotas se mueven dejando que se conciben hasta espesar . Se corrigen de sal y también se le añaden el azúcar que es lo esencial para darle el toque al gusto del paladar.
Step 4. When the sauce is ready, it is added to the beans, they move, leaving them to conceive until they thicken. They are corrected for salt and sugar is also added, which is essential to give the touch to the taste of the palate.

Paso 5. Listas las Caraotas se procede a servir nuestro plato de hoy que puede ir acompañado con arroz blanco , tajadas , carne guiada, queso como usted lo prefiera.
Step 5. Ready the Beans, we proceed to serve our dish today that can be accompanied with white rice, slices, guided meat, cheese as you prefer.
